Part-Time Spare Parts Contract Administrator

Elevate customer support at ABB as a Part-Time Spare Parts Contract Administrator. This hybrid role focuses on order assistance and achieving service quality goals. ABB is seeking a Spare Parts Contract Administrator for a part-time position over 15 to 18 months. You’ll coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery and address customer inquiries. Your goal will be to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency while maintaining accurate order documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and execute customer orders from booking to payment
• Ensure timely delivery of orders per contractual terms
• Maintain complete and current order documentation
• Accurately manage backlog and KPIs for delivery and quality Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of contractual and commercial aspects
• Familiarity with SAP Business Management System
• Strong communication and organizational skills Become a key player in ABB's customer service by ensuring quality order management.
