Senior Contract Administrator in Architecture

• Interpret contracts and enforce compliance with terms
• Conduct construction meetings and summarize outcomes
• Monitor contract progress regularly
• Process requests for information and change directives
• Negotiate resolutions on changes and claims Requirements:
• 15+ years in architectural contract administration
• Experience with large-scale institutional projects
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCad, and Bluebeam
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
