You should possess a college diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Key Responsibilities Review shop drawings and approve material alternatives
Prepare project schedules and review contractor timelines
Monitor construction progress and cost forecasts
Conduct quality assurance checks on major contract items
Facilitate pre‑construction and progress meetings
Requirements 2 years of relevant contract administration experience
Experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects
Certified Engineering Technologist registration is an asset
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations
