Oracle HCM Professional (Benefits Cloud) Responsibilities

Engage with clients directly and analyze HR technology issues faced by them and develop effective solutions. Create functional design documents, configure the Oracle HCM Cloud system, and conduct comprehensive testing to ensure accuracy and functionality. Develop support models to meet current and future business needs, and manage the entire implementation lifecycle of Oracle HCM benefits projects. Qualifications

6–8 years of hands‑on experience implementing Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud, including configuring benefit plans and rules. Experience in at least one end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle HCM Benefits within Canadian legislation. Familiarity with benefits interfaces and integrations with other modules such as Core HR, Time and Labor, Absences, and Payroll, as well as third‑party vendors. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions. Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks amid changing priorities. Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and translate requirements into system configurations. Flexibility to travel to client sites and provide coverage in the client’s time zone. The salary range for this position is $72,000 – $138,000, with potential eligibility for a bonus program. Additional benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, pension plan, and life insurance.
