Full-Time Food Service Supervisor

Take your culinary leadership skills to the next level as a Full-Time Food Service Supervisor with a dynamic restaurant team. Manage staff, supplies, quality control, and customer satisfaction every shift. We are searching for a dedicated Food Service Supervisor with 2 to 3 years of experience in restaurant operations. You will establish work schedules, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure top quality meals for our clientele. A diploma from a recognized program is required, along with a client-focused attitude to enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed
• Supervise staff in meal preparation and portioning
• Train staff on safety procedures and job duties
• Maintain detailed records of stock and sales Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience
• Relevant diploma or certificate in food service
• Strong client focus and complaint resolution
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
