• Manage all meal service activities for patients and residents
• Supervise, train, and evaluate food service employees
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and budget compliance
• Participate in quality improvement programs and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards Requirements:
• Minimum three years in Food Service Operations
• Baccalaureate degree in Food and Nutrition required
• Completion of an accredited Dietetic Internship
• Valid Food Handler's certification necessary
