Lead strategic projects at CanDeal Group as a Senior Project Manager. Your role involves overseeing delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of capital markets initiatives. As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage complex projects and work closely with the Head of PMO. This position requires a seasoned project management professional who can translate business strategies into actionable deliverables. You'll also establish strong relationships with various stakeholders across different functions to achieve timely project milestones. Key Responsibilities:
• Shape business concepts into structured project plans
• Manage project execution effectively from start to finish
• Oversee risks and provide clear project status updates
• Engage stakeholders in governance processes actively
• Ensure smooth communication throughout all project phases Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in project management experience
• Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP)
• Proven financial services project delivery expertise
• Proficient in MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office Drive successful project delivery by leveraging robust management and planning skills at CanDeal Group.
