Infrastructure Senior Project Manager (Winnipeg)

Join Altus Group as a Senior Project Manager specializing in P3 infrastructure projects. Lead from the Toronto office in providing technical and strategic advisory services. In this pivotal role within the Development Advisory team, you will guide diverse public and private P3 infrastructure ventures. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive risk analysis, procurement strategies, and project delivery oversight. Your insights will shape project success, integrating commercial aspects while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and recommend creative technical solutions
- Develop and clarify deliverables for clients
- Coordinate detailed technical reviews for projects
- Identify and advise on transit corridor impacts
- Lead as Owner’s Representative through all project phases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer designation is essential
- 11-15+ years in P3 Infrastructure services
- PMP certification advantageous
- Proficient in engineering project interpretations
