As a Procurement Manager, you will spearhead procurement and strategic sourcing activities. You will collaborate with operations, finance, and production planning teams to shape sourcing strategies, negotiate agreements, and monitor commodity markets. Your role is pivotal in enhancing supplier partnerships while supporting business performance and cost competitiveness. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead procurement and sourcing across the organization
• Develop and negotiate long-term supplier agreements
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance
• Monitor commodity markets and manage cost fluctuations
• Drive cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
• 5+ years in procurement within manufacturing environments
• Proven success in supplier agreement negotiations
• Experience in plastics and related manufacturing preferred
• Background in purchasing plastic resins is a strong asset
