Key Responsibilities Conduct competitive sourcing processes and contractor negotiations
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with construction projects
Manage supplier performance and maintain solid relationships
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing practices
Coach team members in procurement competencies
Requirements Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Seven years of experience in strategic sourcing
Experience in a team leadership role
Robust analytical skills and familiarity with ERP systems
Knowledge of public sector procurement practices
