Hands-On Procurement Consultant Role

Become a key player as a Procurement Enablement Consultant focusing on S2P processes using tools like Coupa. Optimize user experience and enhance compliant purchasing operations every day. We are seeking a proactive Procurement Enablement Consultant to enhance Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations within our dynamic team. With 1-3 years of experience in procurement, you will manage day-to-day operations across platforms like Coupa and Zip, assist in supplier enablement, and troubleshoot system issues. Collaborate closely with Procurement, AP, and Tech teams to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily procurement platform operations with Coupa and Zip
- Manage user access and resolve onboarding/offboarding issues
- Assist in supplier and catalog enablement initiatives
- Troubleshoot and recommend improvements for system processes
- Collaborate with business teams to streamline procurement operations
- 1-3 years in procurement or S2P experience
- Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar platforms
- Strong procurement lifecycle understanding
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical skills using Excel or data analysis tools
