Remote Workplace Support Consultant Role

Join SBCI as a full-time Workplace Support Consultant and play a pivotal role in enhancing workplace efficiencies for Ontario school boards. This remote-first position offers flexible working from home while staying connected with your team. As part of the Workplace Support Department, you'll provide guidance on Attendance Support, Disability Support, and Mental Health programs. Collaborating with clients, you'll develop and implement effective workplace strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Your experience in disability management and commitment to fostering meaningful relationships will make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and implementation of support programs
• Advise on complex sick leave and absence issues
• Assist with effective case management practices
• Evaluate programs to enhance efficiencies
• Develop training materials for key stakeholders Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Disability Management or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven relationship-building skills with clients
• Strong analytical and communication skills
