Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate potential donors through comprehensive clinical assessments • Implement collaborative care plans with health care providers • Document case management actions consistent with guidelines • Support on-call shifts and attend to donation needs • Travel for on-site donation support as required

Requirements: • Nursing Diploma/Bachelor's in Nursing required • Active registration with College of Nurses of Ontario • At least three years of critical care experience • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
