Senior Payroll Consultant Remote Role

Join PayTech as a Senior Payroll Consultant and leverage your payroll expertise within a remote work environment. Drive client success through your knowledge of Dayforce, UKG, and U.S. payroll compliance. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert advice in payroll, tax, HR, and benefits administration. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle payroll processing, identifying process improvements, and supporting compliance audits. As a key collaborator, you’ll align client operations with regulations, develop documentation, and deliver targeted training sessions to enhance internal capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Canadian and U.S. payroll administration for various clients
- Identify and implement payroll process improvements
- Support client audits to ensure data and regulatory compliance
- Assist in system upgrades and migrations for clients
- Document processes and deliver training sessions
- Minimum 7 years of payroll expertise
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience with Dayforce or UKG systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Certification from Canadian Payroll Association preferred
