• Facilitate engaging group sessions for peers
• Develop collaborative relationships with partners and clients
• Share lived experience with Operational Stress Injuries
• Present recovery strategies to program participants
• Manage emotionally charged situations effectively Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or approved alternative
• Experience in group facilitation and mentoring
• Bilingual in English and French essential
• Knowledge of self-care strategies and recovery processes
