Hands-On Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Join a global leader in industrial parts as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor. In this dynamic role, you’ll engage directly in daily operations and drive team accountability. This position involves leading a small but effective team of 15–25 employees. You'll closely collaborate with the Branch Manager and handle all aspects of warehouse and branch operations, including inventory accuracy, workflow management, and employee training. The role requires strong problem-solving skills as you address challenges on the floor in real time. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and receiving processes
• Manage inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts
• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Enforce safety and compliance standards in the warehouse
• Supervise and mentor employees to enhance performance Requirements:
• Proven experience in warehouse management
• Strong skills in inventory and workflow optimization
• Background in aerospace, automotive, or parts distribution
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems preferred
• Ability to lead a diverse team effectively Embrace a hands-on leadership role that fosters teamwork and continuous improvement.
