NexGen Procurement Manager in Saskatoon

Drive procurement excellence in Saskatoon as NexGen's Procurement Manager. Lead purchasing activities and optimize contracts to support essential project initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Procurement and involves overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle for the Saskatoon Project Office and the Rook I Project. You will build strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with purchasing policies, aligning procurement goals with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end procurement lifecycle activities
• Coordinate procurement packages with EP service providers
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers
• Track compliance and manage purchase orders
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks Requirements:
• 10+ years in procurement and supply chain management
• University degree with SCMP or APICS certification
• Extensive ERP systems knowledge
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven safety leadership and team collaboration Leverage your procurement expertise to make a significant impact at NexGen in Saskatoon.
