Tender Procurement Manager at Alstom

• Create competitive tender cost commitments for projects
• Manage Product Sourcing Reference Library for market insights
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies during tender phases
• Document and share lessons learned from deployments
• Collaborate with stakeholders on sourcing commitments Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Logistics
• 5+ years in Sourcing or Procurement experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Fluent in both French and English
