Office Assistant

position requires a highly organized and professional individual to support daily operations and ensure smooth administration of the office.

Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner Assist with scheduling crews, equipment, and project resources Prepare invoices, purchase orders, proposals, and other business documents Maintain accurate employee, customer, and company records Process data entry and document management tasks Assist with payroll administration and timesheet processing Assist accounts receivable and accounts payable functions Coordinate employee training records and certifications Support management with administrative and operational tasks Communicate with clients, suppliers, and employees regarding scheduling and project requirements

Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of office administration experience Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Experience in construction, traffic control, transportation, or a related industry is considered an asset
