Legal Tribunal Officer In Manitoba Winnipeg

We are filling two Tribunal Officer roles responsible for the Municipal Board, Disaster Assistance Appeal Board, and Land Value Appraisal Commission. You will support legal processes through exceptional organization, attention to detail, and robust communication skills.
Your role will be critical in ensuring hearings proceed smoothly and fairly for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize hearing documentation meticulously
Assist in hearings, maintaining compliance and order
Travel as needed to handle cases across Manitoba
Utilize effective judgment in solving complex issues
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance hearing processes
Requirements Post‑secondary education related to legal studies
Proven experience in document management and editing
Solid written and verbal communication capabilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry accuracy
Demonstrable ability to maintain confidentiality
