Key Responsibilities
- Address public inquiries and consumer complaints promptly
- Gather and analyze data related to consumer disputes
- Determine compliance of regulated entities with legislation
- Record consumer interactions accurately in the CRM
- Provide support in reception and expert suggestions
Requirements
- College or university degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Canadian French and English preferred
- 1-3 years of client service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Analytic mindset for resolving issues
