Leadership Role for Assistant Head Nurse

• Staff assignments and daily operational decisions
• Optimize patient flow and assist in operative planning
• Role model clinical excellence and advocate for nursing staff
• Facilitate unit huddles and participate in committees
• Promote quality patient care through effective communication Requirements:
• Completion of accredited nursing education program
• Active or eligible for CRNA registration
• Minimum 2 years of recent Charge Nurse experience
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing required
