Client Services Manager in Truro

Drive exceptional customer experiences as a Client Services Manager in Truro, Nova Scotia. Lead a dedicated team while enhancing sales processes to ensure top-notch service delivery. In this on-site role, you will manage daily operations for the client services team, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Leading and mentoring customer service professionals, you will resolve issues and build strong client relationships.
