Child Care Services Manager at TNG

This regular full-time position involves director-level oversight of 500+ licensed spaces within TNG’s Child Care Services. As the Senior Manager, you will implement age-appropriate programming and oversee day-to-day operations while collaborating with the VP and other senior leaders. This role prioritizes high-quality care and responsive conflict resolution to build strong community relations.

Key Responsibilities: • Guarantee high-quality service adhering to industry standards • Supervise recruitment and staff training initiatives • Develop and implement quality improvement plans • Address and resolve complaints from parents and staff • Collaborate on annual budgeting with finance departments

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent • 5 years of managerial experience in child care settings • Active registration with the College of ECEs • In-depth knowledge of childcare legislation and standards • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
