- Manage scope, budget, risk, and deliverables across projects
- Review and approve engineering designs and reports
- Lead construction services and site management activities
- Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline
- Professional Engineer registration in Manitoba or adjacent provinces
- 7+ years in relevant municipal engineering experience
- Proficient in managing multidisciplinary projects
- Effective communicator with strong leadership competency
