• Provide client support via phone, chat, and ticket system
• Troubleshoot software issues on various platforms
• Offer technical assistance for desktop and mobile applications
• Manage problem resolution for large-scale technical challenges
• Liaise with internal teams on client-reported issues Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field
• Minimum 1 year in a client-facing support role
• Experience with Windows, Mac, and software connectivity support
• Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin
