Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily on-site presence to oversee all construction activities
• Lead crews through active participation, supervision, and coordination
• Train, mentor, and develop junior workers and apprentices
• Drive performance through example, accountability, and workmanship standards
• Ensure adherence to site safety, schedule, and quality requirements
• Manage 1–2 concurrent projects, with flexibility during peak periods

Project Environment

Focus on institutional and commercial construction and renovation (e.g., healthcare, education, public‑sector facilities).
