Site Operations Superintendent Role Winnipeg

Lead day-to-day job site operations as a Superintendent reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations. Ensure compliance, supervise teams, and manage subcontractors, while maintaining safety standards in office. The Superintendent is critical for overseeing daily operations on assigned job sites, ensuring that all activities align with project plans and schedules.
This position requires extensive supervision of work teams, including subcontractors and JCB employees. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager, you will also manage labor hours and develop project schedules to meet safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper planning of work on job sites
- Supervise work teams and resolve technical issues
- Plan requirements for materials, equipment, and labor
- Update project schedules regularly
- Monitor labor hours and submit reports to payroll
Requirements
- Diploma of Vocational Studies in construction
- Minimum of ten years' experience as Superintendent
- Experience with projects over $10M
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Broad experience in construction and renovations
