As the Guest Experience Supervisor, you will manage and mentor a team to ensure every interaction is exemplary.
Your role is central to aligning operational excellence with memorable guest experiences, fostering teamwork and adherence to high service standards.
Key Responsibilities Support and lead the Guest Experience team
Recruit and train recent team members
Oversee operational alignment across services
Respond to and manage guest service challenges
Ensure effective communication within the team
Requirements Experience in hospitality or tourism sectors
Robust capacity to motivate teams
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking
Experience with cash handling and budgeting
Flexibility for multi-location support
