Shape the future of Bing as a User Experience Research Specialist, focusing on quantitative research and customer insights. Drive product improvements while collaborating across teams in a dynamic environment. As part of Bing’s Coherence and Framework team, you will leverage your expertise to conduct A/B testing and telemetry analysis. This role requires you to analyze complex datasets and present your findings in a meaningful way. Your contributions will directly influence design decisions, making user-centered insights a priority throughout the development process. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and report on quantitative UX research projects
• Identify customer pain points and improvement opportunities
• Present findings to engineers and leadership teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for actionable insights
• Engage in rapid experimentation with Bing SERP Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• 5–7 years in quantitative UX research roles
• Experience with large-scale consumer platforms
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in energetic settings Utilize your research expertise to enhance Bing’s product experience and drive data-informed decisions.
