User Experience Research Specialist Bing

As part of Bing’s Coherence and Framework team, you will leverage your expertise to conduct A/B testing and telemetry analysis. This role requires you to analyze complex datasets and present your findings in a meaningful way. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and report on quantitative UX research projects • Identify customer pain points and improvement opportunities • Present findings to engineers and leadership teams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for actionable insights • Engage in rapid experimentation with Bing SERP

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Human-Computer Interaction or related field • 5–7 years in quantitative UX research roles • Experience with large-scale consumer platforms • Robust communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently in energetic settings
