Family Physician with Obstetrical Experience

Northern Health is looking for a Family Physician with obstetrical expertise to enhance our maternity care team in Terrace, British Columbia. This role offers flexible hours in a collaborative setting serving diverse patient needs.

As a Family Physician, you will engage in broad scope maternity care alongside a supportive team of family physicians, obstetricians, and nursing staff. The position allows for approximately 0.4 FTE clinic work, with additional on-call hours and locum options welcomed. You will directly impact prenatal and postpartum care for varied patient demographics.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care • Participate in low and high-risk prenatal clinics • Manage labor management and delivery alongside a shared call group • Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals • Support locum opportunities for flexible work schedules
