Operations Supervisor for Commercial Properties

Enhance building operations in Toronto with a leading commercial real estate organization. This hands-on supervisory role focuses on maintaining HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems while ensuring tenant satisfaction. We are seeking an Operations Supervisor with at least five years of experience in commercial building operations, including three years in a supervisory role. Your expertise in managing operations teams will be critical for overseeing daily performance and supporting preventative maintenance programs. This role provides significant exposure to capital projects and sustainability efforts within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of HVAC and plumbing systems
• Supervise staff and coordinate maintenance activities
• Support compliance with safety procedures and codes
• Act as escalation point for tenant technical concerns
• Assist with operational budgeting and contract renewals Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in commercial building operations
• Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and life-safety systems
• Experience with BAS and CMMS platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• BES certification preferred Leverage your expertise in building operations to ensure high performance and tenant satisfaction across commercial properties.
