Process Engineer for Edmonton Chemical Plant

Elevate your engineering career with a Process Engineer role at Edmonton's Chemical Plant. Lead mechanical and chemical initiatives critical to plant operations while ensuring project success. This position involves providing engineering and project management services under the Edmonton Plant Engineer's direction. You'll oversee projects from scoping to execution, collaborating closely with Maintenance and Operations teams to ensure successful implementations. Technical expertise in mechanical systems is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project planning and execution for mechanical systems
• Provide technical support during installation of mechanical equipment
• Prepare cost estimates for capital and turnaround budgets
• Maintain effective communication across engineering and operations groups
• Generate regular reports on project progress and status Requirements:
• BSc in Chemical or Mechanical engineering, APEGA P.Eng.
• 5+ years of plant experience in chemical processing
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and project management software
• Skilled in mechanical design projects and utility systems
• Knowledgeable with SAP and engineering specifications Utilize your project management and technical skills to enhance operations at Edmonton's Chemical Plant.
