Lead Plant Manager in Steel Processing

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee operational activities for a heavy industrial manufacturing site. With 5–10 years of leadership in steel processing or metal fabrication, you will champion safety standards and drive productivity. You will also manage budgets and implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct daily plant operations for production efficiency • Advocate for safety compliance and manage OHS regulations • Develop CAPEX and OPEX budgets to enhance ROI • Maintain rigorous quality control systems like ISO 9001 • Recruit and mentor a diverse team of production staff

Requirements: • 5–10 years in leadership within steel processing • Bachelor's in engineering or business preferred • Deep knowledge of welding and machining processes • Advanced ERP/MRP and MS Office skills • Proven hands-on leadership style
