Plant Manager for Global CPG Firm

Elevate operational standards as a Plant Manager in Vancouver for a leading global CPG manufacturing company. Oversee production, packaging, and maintenance with a focus on safety and quality. This senior Plant Manager role emphasizes enhancing efficiency in a complex matrix environment. • Manage effective production and packaging operations
• Oversee annual operational budget and P&L
• Lead and ensure compliance of a unionized workforce
• Monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and yield
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma for ongoing improvement Requirements:
• University Degree in Engineering or Business
• 5+ years in senior plant management roles
• Experience in unionized and matrix environments
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Preferred background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Foster a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement as a Plant Manager in Vancouver's CPG industry.
