Global Trade Operations Manager

Lead end-to-end global trade initiatives at OTPP as the Global Trade Operations Manager. Drive excellence in capital markets operations while managing a high-performing team in a hybrid work environment. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee public market investment activities, focusing on cash securities and derivatives. With a solid foundation in capital markets and stakeholder management, you'll ensure operational excellence supports effective investment strategies. Strong people leadership is essential for fostering team growth and driving successful outcomes across global trade management. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end trade operations for public market activities
• Enhance middle-office functions in partnership with trading teams
• Strengthen relationships with investment teams and external vendors
• Manage operational risk and governance across trade processes
• Lead onboarding for new products and improvements in operations Requirements:
• University degree in finance or a related field
• Relevant CPA, CGA, CMA, or CFA designation
• 6-8 years in capital markets operations, including leadership
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle and investment strategies
• Proven ability to manage complex operational issues Excel in operational leadership and relationship management while supporting OTPP's investment objectives.
