Section Head for Logistics Operations

Enhance operational performance at CTDI as a Section Head. Focus on logistics and team management while adhering to high standards of quality and communication. As a Section Head, you’ll manage operations relating to CPE and network processes including training and supporting your team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring production goals and ensuring compliance with work standards while preparing operational reports. Your effective communication and organizational skills will be vital to resolve daily challenges and maintain a collaborative workplace. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CPE and logistics operations effectively
• Train and support employees on performance standards
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are met
• Prepare and analyze operational reports regularly
• Maintain compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Previous team management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs Lead the logistics team at CTDI, focusing on efficiency and quality standards for successful operations.
