Operational Leadership Assistant Manager

Drive operational excellence as the Assistant District Manager, collaborating with department heads to achieve financial goals and uphold company values. This hands-on role emphasizes strategic planning and safety program development. As an Assistant District Manager, you will support the District Manager in operations and financial analysis. Your experience in sales management and operations will be vital for monitoring market conditions and competitor pricing, identifying growth opportunities in the waste management sector. This role involves managerial tasks and participation in negotiating contracts and driving sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Approve and develop safety programs for the team
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Manager on customer acquisition strategies
• Assist in negotiations regarding waste costs and agreements
• Manage relationships with Sales Manager on container and sales operations Requirements:
• 5-8 years in operations or sales management
• Bachelor's degree in business or commerce
• Strong leadership, analytical, and planning skills
• Exceptional negotiation and sales abilities
• Knowledge of waste management industry is a plus Contribute your expertise in management and operations to elevate the company’s success.
