  • Plan and lead annual leadership forum events
  • Coordinate all logistics and content effectively
  • Support quarterly executive offsite meetings
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and participant logistics
  • Act as the onsite coordinator for event execution
Requirements:
  • Degree in business, organizational development, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning or project management
  • Skilled in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and project management proficiency
