This pivotal role requires over 10 years of finance leadership experience, particularly in project-driven sectors like construction or landscaping. You will handle comprehensive financial functions, from budgeting to strategic planning, while mentoring a small finance team and ensuring financial integrity across operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide financial decision-making as a strategic partner
- Oversee full finance functions, including forecasting and reporting
- Lead capital planning and liaise with external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and operational effectiveness
- Enhance financial KPIs and dashboard reporting
- 10+ years’ experience in finance leadership
- Background in construction or project-based industries preferred
- Proven ability to execute strategic plans
- Effective communicator across all organizational levels
- CPA designation preferred but not mandatory
