Senior Analyst in Finance Planning at OMERS

Enhance your financial analysis skills as a Senior Analyst at OMERS. This role focuses on managing G&A expenses for a $50 billion investment portfolio. In this key position, you will oversee G&A cost management and variance assessments, collaborating with senior leaders to strengthen financial strategies. Your expertise will be critical in building frameworks for expense monitoring and preparing cost driver modeling for accurate reporting and decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee G&A cost management and variance assessments
• Create solid expense monitoring frameworks
• Drive preparation of cost driver modeling
• Manage monthly and quarterly financial closes
• Prepare executive-level financial presentations Requirements:
• 2–3 years of financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree with CPA, CA, or CMA certification
• Knowledge of capital markets financing
• Experience with Anaplan and Oracle financial systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Leverage your analytical skills to contribute to high-impact financial projects at OMERS.
