Infrastructure Planning Analyst at NAIT
NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology)
Shape the future of infrastructure planning with NAIT as a Project Analyst. Focus on business analysis and process optimization in a collaborative environment. In this role, the Planning and Project Analyst will support NAIT’s Infrastructure Initiatives team, focusing on effective project coordination and analytics. You will work closely with both Facilities Management and Information Technology Services to enhance infrastructure strategy and reporting. This position involves continuous improvement and stakeholder facilitation. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project intake, budgeting, and lifecycle planning
• Analyze business needs and operational requirements
• Track project milestones and action items
• Provide analytical support and insights
• Maintain process documentation for standardization Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline
• At least five years of experience in relevant areas
• Familiarity with Power BI and data reporting
• Strong skills in workflow documentation
• Knowledge of process optimization principles Contribute to transformative infrastructure initiatives at NAIT.
