• Handle requests via Salesforce from financial partners
• Manage Registered Retirement Plans with CRA compliance
• Process retirement fund withdrawals efficiently
• Maintain accuracy in all requests reviewed
• Support internal operational requirements through collaboration Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in banking or finance
• Proficiency in MS365, particularly Excel
• Solid background in compliance regulations
• Robust attention to detail and prioritization skills
