Retirement Planning Director Position (Winnipeg)

Join HOOPP as the Director of Retirement Planning, where financial leadership meets impactful education. This role focuses on enriching member experiences through comprehensive planning resources.
Reporting to the Vice President, Member Services, your expertise as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) will guide the development and delivery of retirement education content. In this role, you'll mentor staff, oversee compliance with financial planning standards, and leverage market insights to improve educational materials. Collaborating with various teams, you will also address emerging market trends and member needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and coach Member Services team
- Review application of financial guidance
- Ensure communication of enhancements across teams
- Contribute to scalable financial education
- Analyze retirement trends and legislative changes
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent training required
- Minimum of 10 years in Financial Services
- Leadership experience of at least 5 years
- Deep understanding of retirement planning
- Excellent adaptability and time management skills
