Director of Access and Flow Planning

Lead the Access and Flow Network at Nova Scotia Health as the Director of Access and Flow Policy & Planning. Drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives from your home office. This management role encompasses the direction of various NSH programs aimed at enhancing access and flow across the health system. The Director will oversee policy development, operational oversight, and the financial management of transformation initiatives. You will work closely with system partners to ensure the effective rollout of strategies and the successful delivery of multiple programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct provincial implementation of Access and Flow initiatives
• Manage strategic planning with system partners
• Oversee multi-service provider contracts for strategic projects
• Monitor performance tracking and reporting systems
• Lead policy and standards development efforts Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in relevant health discipline or administration
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in strategy and planning
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
• Proven relationship-building competencies with stakeholders
• Evidence-based problem-solving skills in complex scenarios Excite your leadership skills while contributing to the strategic development of health services in Nova Scotia.
