On-Site Cook with Menu Planning (Winnipeg)

Join our team as an On-Site Cook, where you’ll prepare delicious meals and plan menus for our customers. You will ensure food safety and address dietary needs.
This role requires a high school diploma and 1 to 2 years of cooking experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, managing food portions, and keeping kitchens in optimal condition. Your expertise will help train staff and maintain accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine portion sizes and food costs
- Plan and estimate menu requirements
- Prepare and cook complete meals and dishes
- Handle dietary needs for customers with allergies
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas regularly
Requirements
- High school graduation certificate
- 1 to 2 years of cooking experience
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions
- Robust organizational skills
- Ability to clean and maintain kitchen areas
