Addiction Counsellor with Flexible Hours (Winnipeg)

In this role, we are looking for an Addictions Counsellor with 2 to 3 years of experience. You will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance for individuals overcoming addiction. The flexible hours allow you to tailor your work schedule to your needs while maintaining a strong impact on client recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counselling sessions with clients
- Create personalized treatment strategies
- Track and report on client progress
- Facilitate workshops and group counselling sessions
- Attend regular training and career development
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility in work hours is essential
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning
