Long View is searching for a Site Manager to act as the engagement leader for multiple clients in Edmonton. In this role, you will maintain vital client relationships and deliver exceptional service by being well‑versed in both client needs and Long View’s capabilities. Your focus on proactive communication and service management will enhance client outcomes significantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned client accounts
- Maintain solid relationships with client stakeholders and sales teams
- Safeguard client infrastructure and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Manage change requests and document operational procedures
- Champion transition activities for new services introduced to clients
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in managed services or IT site management
- Strong technical foundation in IT systems and infrastructure
- Proficient in incident, problem, and change management
- Ability to communicate complex IT concepts effectively
- Experience with ITIL or related certifications preferred
