Key Responsibilities
- Prendre en charge les demandes au centre de services
- Aiguiller les requêtes vers le groupe approprié
- Installer et configurer les postes de travail et logiciels
- Documenter les interventions et solutions fournies
- Collaborer à des projets d'évolution ITIL
Requirements
- Diplôme de premier cycle en informatique ou équivalent
- 12 ans d'expérience en technologies de l'information
- 8 ans en soutien technologique
- Capacité à travailler en télétravail ou chez le client
- Excellentes compétences en communication et documentation
