In this role, you will be accountable for managing the delivery of key projects within TMX Group, ensuring risks are effectively mitigated and stakeholder expectations are managed. Your expertise in project management, particularly within complex IT environments, will be crucial as you lead cross-functional teams, develop integrated plans, and focus on process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end accountability for critical initiatives
• Create and maintain project schedules and roadmaps
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
• Communicate project status to executive sponsors
• Facilitate retrospectives to improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT
• 7+ years in Project Management or similar roles
• Experience managing projects over $2M
• Mandatory PMP certification
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira
